Spot price on silver has gone up to 67.10$/oz. So, it’s time to do some mixed metals projects. I hate brass, Well, I don’t hate the appearance of brass, but It is cranky to work. It’s brittle, angry and seems to bear a grudge. Copper is softer and more agreeable, but doesn’t look as good for as long. No-one likes green skin. I hear more artists are working in bronze. I’ve used ancient booze in casting: maybe it’s time to learn more….
